Loading
Secure the vehicle or Semi-Truck at the loading dock.
Deposit the vehicle keys into the electronic key box.
If required, deposit a site safety key.
The indoor controller signals that the vehicle is ready.
The dock door controller unlocks the doors, curtains, or levellers.
Once released, loading or unloading can begin safely.
Unloading
After loading is complete, a button on the controller is pressed.
This notifies both site staff and the driver (if separate from the loading team) that the keys are now accessible from the key box.
The vehicle can then safely exit the site.
