All cabinets have 3 access options available, PIN code, Card ID and biometric fingerprint.

Customers can assign users into groups for a more detailed and controlled access experience.

High secure locks are installed to ensure a high tolerance for any attempt at forced entry.

The cabinets are able to continue their core functionality and record transactions even when offline.

In a power outage, cabinets are fitted with a 5.4 Ah Lead Acid battery capable of lasting 8 hours.
An authorised user identifies themselves using PIN, card, or biometric access.
The user selects the desired key or group, which circulates a key, on the touchscreen.
The cabinet turns on the LED, highlighting the fob slot and unlocks the designated key.

Once the key is taken the system logs it as a transaction and sends the data to the web software.
The user carries out their task with the allocated vehicle, room, or equipment.
On return, the user logs in and chooses ‘return’ then re-inserts the key into a fob slot.

e-Track has worked hard to develop and manufacture e-Fobs specifically designed to ensure a rigid structure. Virtually indestructible, this Fob design allows our cabinets to securely lock keys, and they use RFID chips to uniquely identify those keys in the key management systems. Made in the UK, the e-Fobs come with a lifetime warranty and are available in different colours.

Core cabinets are available with two door options to suit organisational requirements. The polycarbonate door provides clear visual access to keys, while the solid steel door ensures complete concealment, preventing any external visibility.
