Welcome to e-Track! We are pleased to offer reliable and efficient shipping for our range of electronic key cabinets and accessories. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we manage orders, deliveries, and related queries.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

For customers outside the UK, we are also able to accommodate international shipping. However, this will require a discussion to determine costs and delivery arrangements. Please contact us directly to explore this option.

Processing Times
  • Orders for accessories are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders for Key Systems are typically processed within 10-20 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment has been successfully received.

Delivery Options & Costs

Standard Delivery:

  • Delivery within 7-14 business days.

  • Accessories Cost: £18.50.

  • Cabinet Cost: TBC upon enquiry

 

Express Delivery:

  • Delivery within 1-7 business days.

  • Accessories Cost: £37.

  • Cabinet Cost: TBC upon enquiry

Delivery Partners

We collaborate with reputable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. The specific courier will be detailed in your dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery Times
  • While we aim to meet the delivery times outlined above, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather or high demand periods.

  • If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updates on its status.

Delivery Address Requirements
  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order.

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the courier’s website.

Damaged or Missing Items
  • If your order arrives damaged, or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at 0121 647 2770.

  • To assist with resolving the issue, please include photographs of the damaged items and packaging.
