We’re Heading to GBF2025 – Here’s What We’re Bringing With Us

We’re thrilled to be attending this year’s Great British Fleet Event (GBF2025), where we’ll be showcasing the latest innovations in key management technology, including some exciting upgrades we’ve been working on behind the scenes.

So, what’s new for 2025?

At GBF2025, we’ll be launching our upgraded cabinet touchscreen interface, now even more intuitive, with expanded features designed to give fleet teams more control and clearer insights. One standout addition is the integrated return survey system, which lets you communicate with users, collecting feedback that feeds straight into your e-Track dashboard.

We’re also introducing vehicle circulation tools, making it easier to rotate usage across your fleet by tracking recent mileage and redistributing keys accordingly. Add to that a new vehicle condition reporting workflow, which prompts drivers to log any issues when returning a key. If a problem’s flagged, the system can lock the key in place and notify your service team, keeping faulty vehicles off the road until they’ve been checked.

These new features reflect our ongoing commitment to innovation, security, and making life easier (and more efficient) for fleet managers under pressure.
